Holofish is developed and run by a private individual. There is no entry in a commercial or company register. Where these pages say “we” or “us”, they mean the provider.

Legal information

The provider is established in Portugal. This information is provided under Art. 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce and the Portuguese Decreto-Lei n.º 7/2004.

Point of contact under the Digital Services Act

The single point of contact for authorities, the European Commission and users under Art. 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) is the email address hallo@holofish.app. You can write to us in German or English; authorities may also write in Portuguese.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a problem, please write to us directly.
